After years of laying the groundwork, Drew Schueler is at the top of his game in 2023. On September 18th, Drew landed his first major label cut with massive SM Entertainment Kpop star D.O. (of EXO), writing his new lead single and title track "Somebody". In the first 8 days, the song accumulated 2.5 million views on the music video, 2.8 million streams on Spotify and the album has sold 160,000 units already. The song debuted #1 on iTunes in 25 countries and is currently #84 on the Top 100 charts in Korea, just over a week since it was released. In March of 2023, Drew was named the Grand Prize winner of the 2023 Nashville Songwriters Association International Song Contest, solidifying his position on the rise in the pop space. As a three-time NSAI Song Contest Finalist and with an ISC Songwriting Competition Finalist award under his belt, Schueler is a force to be reckoned with.
Not only is Schueler an excellent writer, but he also has been very successful as a producer. He produced Zoe Clark’s first EP, as well as her massive single “Last One Standing” which has 9+ million streams on Spotify after going viral on TikTok (3.7 Million Views).
